By using this website and making a purchase at Ramlainte.se, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

Orders and Agreements
2.1 By placing an order through our website, you enter into a binding agreement with Ramlainte. The agreement is valid once we confirm your order via email.
2.2 We strive to maintain high quality and customer satisfaction. Therefore, we will contact you if we need to decline your order, change product prices, or update product information. We aim to keep you informed and work with you to find suitable solutions.

Prices and Payment
3.1 All prices are listed in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Payment can be made via the following methods: Klarna Checkout, Swish, Stripe, or gift card. We do not accept cash or checks.

Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method.

  • Postnord Varubrev: A varubrev is a letter with goods that is delivered directly to your mailbox or hung on your door if it is too large. If it cannot be delivered to your door or mailbox, it will be left at a pickup point.
  • Postnord Mypack Home Small: Delivery occurs within two business days after dispatch. The shipment is delivered directly to the recipient's mailbox. If it is too large to fit in the mailbox, the recipient will be notified to pick it up at the nearest pickup point.
  • Postnord Door Delivery: You will receive a fast delivery directly to your door, where you decide when and how the delivery should take place. You will be notified via PostNord App, SMS, or email, and you can choose the delivery day and time interval that suits you best.
    4.2 We usually pack your order within 1-3 business days. We strive to deliver your goods on time, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Any delays will be communicated to you as soon as possible.
    4.3 If you notice any errors in the delivery, such as incorrect items, wrong quantity, damage to the item, or items not in good condition, you should immediately contact Ramlainte through our customer service.
    4.4 If you do not pick up your package from the selected pickup point within 14 days, the package will be returned to us. As a customer, you are responsible for return shipping costs. If you wish to have the package delivered again, you will also be responsible for the shipping costs.
    4.5 For visible transport damage, complaints should be reported immediately to the postal service.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns
5.1 You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive the goods according to the Distance Selling Act. Contact our customer service to initiate the return process.
5.2 Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed. We require that the item is unused and unopened in its original packaging for returns.
5.3 We do not accept goods sent by cash on delivery or with payment on delivery. Goods sent in this manner will not be received by us.
5.4 When returning goods to us, you, as the customer, are responsible for ensuring that the goods reach us in their original and undamaged condition and that you cover the shipping costs.
5.5 Hygiene products such as urinals, hip protection pants, socks, heel inserts, etc., can only be returned if they are still in their unopened original packaging. Please note that our right of withdrawal and return policy does not apply to products where the protective seal has been broken for hygiene reasons. Skincare products cannot be exchanged. Exceptions to the right of exchange apply to special sale promotions, such as Black Friday, where open purchase is not offered.
5.6 You can easily change or cancel your order as long as the order has not yet been packed and shipped from our warehouse. To make changes to your order, please contact us at [email protected], and we will assist you with this.
5.7 Refunds will be returned using the same payment method you used when purchasing the product. Once we have received the item, your money will be refunded.
5.8 Contact us before returning the item via email at [email protected] and inform us of your intention to return the products.

Warranties and Limitation of Liability
6.1 Our liability is limited to the value of the goods, and we are not responsible for consequential damages or indirect losses.
